Chelsea have left Armando Broja out of their US tour squad.
The striker is a target for several clubs across Europe and talks are now set to step up with him left in London.
Newcastle United, Everton and Southampton, where Broja spent last season on-loan, are among clubs keen on the Albania international.
Napoli have also been linked with Broja in Italy.
Ralph Hasenhuttl handed Broja a chance to impress in the Premier League at St Mary's last season. Six goals in 32 appearances is an underwhelming return but has not deterred their interest.
