Chelsea midfielder Eden Hazard could be sidelined for up to a month with a recurring hip problem.
The Belgian international has endured an injury-plagued season, which has seen him struggle to recapture the form that saw him named PFA Player of the Year last campaign.
The Daily Express is reporting Hazard has been troubled by the hip problem for some time and is deeply concerned with what is essentially the first serious injury of his career.
The 25-year-old, who has been linked with a switch to either Paris Saint Germain or Real Madrid during the summer, is set to spend up to four weeks recovering from the problem.
