Chelsea could be without Costa, Hazard for Everton FA Cup clash

Chelsea manager Guus Hiddink has stated that the duo of Diego Costa and Eden Hazard could both be ruled out for the upcoming FA Cup encounter against Everton.

Both Costa and Hazard had to be forced off on the 60th and 77th minutes respectively during Chelsea's 2-1 Champions League Round of 16 second leg defeat against Paris Saint-Germain at Stamford Bridge.

Hiddink has now gone on to provide an update regarding the status of the injuries and has revealed that it is unlikely that the duo will be featuring against Everton this weekend as a result of their setbacks.

The Dutch manager said: "We'll see if there is big damage tomorrow.

"Diego was desperate to play today although he was not 100 per cent fit. I don't know it's worse, we'll see tomorrow. In two days we have to play another game."
