Chelsea are considering a stunning swap bid for Bayern Munich winger Kingsley Coman.

Sport.fr says Coman could be targeted as Graham Potter looks to reshape his squad after a mixed start to his reign at Stamford Bridge, with a part-exchange deal in the offing.

The 26-year-old has featured in all four of France's World Cup matches so far, with three of his outings coming from the bench, and he will be desperate to start against England in the quarter-final on Saturday.

But he is facing an uncertain future with Bayern Munich after falling down the pecking order at the Allianz Arena and could leave in January.

Chelsea are mulling over a potential swap offer which would see Pulisic head back to Germany.

His contract is set to expire in 2024 and, if the former Borussia Dortmund star does not renew his deal, the Blues are understood to be keen on ensuring that he is either sold or used in part-exchange.
