Chelsea are chasing a deal for AS Monaco teen Malamine Efekele.
The 16 year-old attacker has been likened to PSG star Kylian Mbappe, having followed the same AC Bondy to Monaco path as the World Cup winner. Indeed, at Bondy, Efekele was coached by Willy Mbappe - Kylian's father.
L'Equipe says Chelsea are in contact with the player's camp and favourites to sign the youngster this summer.
For their part, ASM are desperate not to lose Efekele. The Ligue 1 giants are still recovering from losing Hanibal Mejbri to Manchester United last year.
But as it stands, there's a belief in France that Chelsea are close to clinching a deal for Efekele.
