Chelsea boss Graham Potter insists he can get passionate about his job.
Many have questioned Potter's personality compared to past Blues managers like Jose Mourinho and Antonio Conte.
But the former Brighton manager reasoned: "There are times when I look like I'm angry. But my responsibility is to speak [to the media] with as much respect as possible, even if some of your questions are stupid.
"I have to answer them as best I can because I represent a fantastic club and I have this job.
"I'm not naive, I know there is criticism and negativity with our results. But at the same time, there are other challenges we face. We've had a massive transition [with new owners] and injury issues that haven't helped us to be stable. We need to win."
