Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti faces being dragged back to Italy over the Calciopoli trials.
The Sun says Ancelotti was in charge of AC Milan in 2006, when Italian police discovered several top Serie A clubs had tried to influence the appointment of match referees.
Juventus were relegated and Milan lost 30 points.
Ancelotti has now been called to appear before judges hearing more fraud charges against ex-Juve supremo Luciano Moggi.
If he has to attend, the hearing is set for April 20 - just five days before Chelsea entertain Stoke.
