Nacer Chadli was happy to make his Tottenham debut in defeat to AS Monaco.
The Belgium winger is now looking forward to facing Espanyol this Saturday at White Hart Lane.
"I'm happy to have made my debut, the result wasn't good and we have to work hard for next week and play well against Espanyol," he told the Spurs website.
"We play at home and we want to play well in front of our supporters. I hope for a win. It's a special moment for me.
"It was great to play after training with the guys. I played 60 minutes and I hope to get fitter and fitter.
"I'm very happy to be here and I feel good."
