Cesena management insist coach Massimo Ficcadenti is not under pressure after three consecutive defeats.

The Serie A new boys have quickly slipped after stunning AC Milan at the start of the season.

"Ficcadenti is not at risk," assured director Lorenzo Minotti in the Corriere di Romagna newspaper.

"Only 10 days have passed since our win over Lecce and we must understand that for Cesena this season will be a struggle.

"Without losing our balance, we know that we can stay in this division. It takes patience, tenacity and character.

"There is absolutely no point letting our confidence and mood go on a rollercoaster, otherwise we will lose our bearings."
