Celtic boss Neil Lennon admits he's a big fan of Newcastle United winger Allan Saint-Maximin.

The 23-year-old put in another man-of-the-match performance for the Magpies in their 1-1 draw with Aston Villa at St James' Park.

"Saint-Maximin showed some flashes of brilliance. Absolute brilliance," Lennon said.

"Explosive player, wants to take people on and gets you off your seat, even though there is nobody here to see it.

"We have talked a lot about him tonight and he had a great game at the weekend.

"He is a player that Steve Bruce seems to have tapped into and is really getting the best out of him.

"I think the Geordie fans will love this guy as his career progresses."
