Celta Vigo forward Joaquin Larrivey's proposed move to Norwich City appears unlikely to proceed after the Premier League club cooled their interest in the 30-year-old Argentine.
Fichajes.com is reporting the deal collapsed after Larrivey arrived in England to finalise the transfer.
Larrivey's representative Daniel dos Reis said his client's personal terms or medical had not been factors in Norwich's decision to withdraw their reported £1.5million offer.
"There has not been any problem that may have lead to this," dos Reis said.
"Nor has there been any change in the numbers of the operation.
"This is a total lack of seriousness, professionalism and ethics by Norwich."
