USL-PRO club Richmond Kickers have confirmed that William Yomby has signed a new contract.
The 30-year old Cameroonian defender, who has been with the club since 2009, has extended his stay in Virginia in what is extremely positive news for Leigh Cowlishaw's Kickers.
This season, Yomby was selected in the all-USL PRO first team and was nominated as a finalist for the league's defender of the year award.
Yomby, who had a spell with Sporting Kansas City in 2008, posted the following on Twitter:
