Borussia Dortmund chief Hans-Joachim Watzke admits they want to sign Birmingham City teen Jude Bellingham.

However, Watzke says they face stiff competition to win the midfielder's signature.

Manchester United and Chelsea are also chasing a deal for Bellingham ahead of the summer market.

"Of course we want it to work," Watzke told Süddeutsche Zeitung, "But it is clear that with such a talented player, many others are also interested."

Bayern Munich also jumped into the scramble in the past week.
