Burnley have no plans to dump manager Vincent Kompany.

Despite staring at relegation, Burnley's board have no plans to change their manager, says The Athletic.

The 37-year-old took over the team in the summer of 2022 and led it to the Championship title in the first year.

The Clarets have only managed five wins across all competitions this season.

In the Premier League, Burnley sits level on points with bottom club Sheffield United in second-to-last place.
