Schalke striker Benito Raman admits a move to the Premier League is an ambition.
Raman arrived in the summer from Fortuna Dusseldorf for €7m and has long been linked with the likes of Arsenal, West Ham, Burnley and Everton.
Asked about a 'next step', he told Kicker: “In theory it would be the Premier League. But don't get me wrong: It's nothing but a dream for the future.
"Now I only answered factually what I think the next level above Schalke 04 could be."
He added: "I want to wear the royal blue for many years - and take the next step with this club."
