Burnley defender Ben Mee was delighted with Saturday's victory over Brighton.

Alongside James Tarkowski, Mee was pivotal in Burnley keeping Brighton at bay during the last 15 minutes.

He admitted Burnley had forgotten their principles and it is believed Dyche has held at least two showdown meetings with his squad.

"We've just come away from what we've been doing," he said.

"We've talked about it, but that only gets you so far. We're working hard for each other."
