Brondby to offer Chelsea skipper Terry managerial role

Danish Superliga club Brondby are reportedly prepared to make Chelsea captain John Terry their next manager.

Terry is expected to leave Stamford Bridge when his current contract with the Blues expires at season's end and while the 35-year-old is eager to continue his playing career, it is understood he already has a managerial offer on the table.

The Daily Mirror is reporting Terry's friendship with Brondby owner Jan Bech Andersen could see the former England international make a surprise move to Denmark to begin his coaching career.

Brondby manager Thomas Quick quit his post at the club after falling out with Andersen last week and it is understood Terry will be offered the role of player/manager.

Terry has also received interest from the Middle East and China, should he wish to continue his career as a player only.
