Brighton are swooping for Lille midfielder Carlos Baleba.

Baleba is set to move to Brighton just as they sell Moises Caicedo to Chelsea.

Brighton have reached an agreement with the defensive midfielder on personal terms.

They have sent a first bid to Lille for 16 million euros plus bonuses.

According to RMC Sport, Lille are demanding around 30 million euros for the player.
