Brighton are set to rake in a bumper fee for Deniz Undav from VfB Stuttgart.

On-loan at VfB for the season, Undav can be signed permanently for a fee that will rise as targets are set.

BILD says such has been his success, the striker is now on track to earn Brighton at least €20m.

The fee was originally set at €12m, then jumped to €18m at Christmas, before now it reaching €20m.

Undav is also set to earn a first call to Germany's squad next month.
