Brighton midfielder Pascal Gross says he's still getting up to speed on manager Roberto de Zerbi's methods.
Gross is among those who has had to change his game quickly under De Zerbi.
He was not at his most influential in the first couple of matches under the Italian.
Gross told The Argus: “I love football, I love different ideas.
“I go home and think a lot about my position, how we can win the game, how we need to defend, what can faze me, all what can happen, basically, on the pitch.
“I try to go through it in my mind and that helps me to feel prepared for the game."
