Brighton midfielder Yves Bissouma is undergoing a Tottenham medical today.

Spurs had an offer rising to £30m accepted by Brighton earlier this week.

Personal terms between Bissouma and Spurs have also been struck.

Italian transfer expert Fabrizio Romano said: "Yves Bissouma, currently undergoing medical tests with Tottenham staff in London as expected. All proceeding in the best way.

"Bissouma's agent also in London to complete the final details on the contract."
