Brighton midfielder Yves Bissouma is inching ever closer to joining Tottenham.
The Mali international passed a medical with Spurs on Thursday, according to Sky Sports.
The two clubs have agreed on a deal worth £25m with £10m in add-ons.
Arsenal, Aston Villa, Everton and Newcastle United had all been interested in Bissouma.
The 25-year-old will be Antonio Conte's third signing of the summer, joining Fraser Forster and Ivan Perisic.
Bissouma had one year remaining on his Brighton contract.
