Brighton are not going to make it easy for any clubs to sign their manager in the summer.
Per The Telegraph, the Albion have made it clear that Roberto De Zerbi cannot leave unless a club pays his buyout clause.
The italian has a compensation clause of more than £12 million in his contract.
That means if a club wants to secure him, such as Manchester United or Chelsea, they must pay up.
United are among many teams in Europe taking a keen look at De Zerbi this season.
While Brighton have struggled lately due to injuries and a lack of January investment, his style of play has impressed.
