Brentford striker Jota is wanted by Premier League new-boys Newcastle United.

Sky Sports says Toon boss Rafa Benitez reportedly wants to bolster his squad with a £8 million move for Brentford's Jota.

Spaniard Jota joined the west London side from Celta Vigo in 2014.

The playmaker impressed for the Bees last season and scored 12 times after returning from his loan spell at Eibar in January.
