Brentford midfielder Vitaly Janelt does not want anyone at the club to become too despondent.
The Bees are not enjoying a positive spell under manager Thomas Frank at present.
The club are feeling the absence of striker Ivan Toney and were beaten 4-1 by Wolves on Wednesday, their sixth loss in seven league games.
“[Thomas Frank] made a very good speech to us in the changing room," said Janelt post-game.
“These things are part of a football career - we didn't take our chances - and we have to stick together.
“In the second half we had two or three good opportunities to score. If we'd scored the second goal, things could have turned around, especially with our fans."
