Brentford star Bryan Mbeumo admitted that coming on during the second half with his team already a goal up was a huge boost for him.
Mbeumo scored his team's second in a 2-0 win over Chelsea at Stamford Bridge in the Premier League on Wednesday.
Now up to 12 goal involvements in the league this term, Mbeumo praised the whole team for the result.
“I knew I could be a threat in this situation," said Mbeumo to club media.
“This something we've been working on after training. I was just thinking that I needed to hit the ball as hard as I can, in order to disturb the keeper.
“To score here and celebrate with the boys, in front of our fans, was crazy.
“I don't really have the words. I'm very happy. To win here is not an easy task and we did it with a top performance."
