Brentford boss Thomas Frank has shrugged off the time of the international break.

Frank is pleased with the form of his players, despite a draw with Bournemouth yesterday.

He said, "I am always pragmatic in that approach you cannot do anything about it and it is fantastic for the players [international players] to go away and it is a proud moment for their families and us.

"I am very excited with the group of players and the club. Of course we have drawn at home, but in terms of performance we have upped that. I think we can achieve big things.

"But it is a long season and if we keep going like this it will come."
