Brentford boss Thomas Frank says they won't be encouraging offers for David Raya.
Goalkeeper Raya has interest from Manchester United, Chelsea and Tottenham after turning down two offers to stay with the Bees.
But Frank claims the 27-year-old Spaniard, whose contract runs out in 2024, would cost at least £40million if he is sold - and that Brentford would have no trouble replacing him.
Asked if his No 1 was staying, Frank said: "I think we need to get into the Champions League and then he would consider it!
"I love David as a keeper. I really believe he is one of the best in the Premier League.
"If someone wants to come and buy him, he is very expensive. He will be, for me, at least £40m-plus. No doubt about that.
"No matter what happens, we will be able to at least contact a replacement. They don't always want to come, but we do our best to persuade them. But of course we are prepared for any scenario."
