Brentford boss Thomas Frank is happy marking five years in charge.

Frank will mark the achievement with Saturday's clash against Burnley.

He said, "I'm a better coach today than I was five years ago.

"I constantly try to work to develop the tactics, but the biggest part is the leadership part and the communication part, in getting the best out of difficult situations."

In terms of this season, Frank says improvements can be made.

"It is a combination of, offensively, edging our set pieces a tiny bit more and the final third is another area we need to keep working on. We've conceded some strange goals so can we get rid of those and, hopefully, keep putting these sort of performances in."
