Brentford's lengthy casualty list has become even longer with news about Kevin Schade.
The German international has suffered an adductor injury, which he sustained while warming up for the Premier League game against Everton on Saturday.
The Bees, who lost the game 3-1, will be without Schade for a period of several months.
“He will be out for months," said manager Thomas Frank to reporters.
“It's a blow, of course it is. He's a player we have big expectations for, and he was starting to show some of his fantastic abilities with a goal against Crystal Palace.
“But this is football; this happens. There will be challenges that we have to work our way through, and we will do that."
