Levante management have not heard from Jefferson Lerma since rejecting an offer from Bournemouth last week.
The midfielder is upset by Levante's stand and yet to join their preseason camp in Ermelo, reports Marca.
Bournemouth offered €25m for Lerma - but Levante insist he cannot leave unless his €30m buyout clause is met. The Cherries are also offering to double Lerma's current Levante wages.
Levante coaching sources insist they expect Lerma to attend training this week "100 per cent", though there is an acceptance he will eventually be sold.
At Bournemouth there is also a confidence of a deal being in place for Lerma.
