Bournemouth signing Tyler Adams says he hopes to return to action very soon.
The Cherries have brought the United States international back to the Premier League.
Adams, who missed a chunk of last season with injury, was relegated with Leeds United.
Asked about his fitness after completing his move to Bournemouth, the 24-year-old told afcbTV: “There's been a lot of ups and downs.
“This has been my most major injury throughout my career. I got a little bit excited when I started to feel good early on, I came back a little bit too quick and had a little bit of a setback.
“But throughout the summer I was able to make a lot of progress, so I'm excited about where I'm at and I'm hoping I can make an influence on the pitch very soon."
