Bournemouth boss Andoni Iraola was unhappy with his booking during victory over Nottingham Forest.
Iraola was shown a yellow card for demanding a booking for Willy Boly.
“This is a mistake for me because instinctively whenever this happens, I raised (my hand) for the yellow," said Iraola
“I think nobody saw me. But, you have the fourth official!
“I think it's too harsh. Too harsh because it's I didn't even (complete the gesture).
“I think (the one at) the start of the year is because of the same reason.
“I didn't even shout you know, but it's like we are sometimes still players!
“It's something that I know that I need to improve.
“But I think it is too harsh because at the end I will not be able to be in the dugout against Fulham.
“It is a big frustration."
