Bournemouth boss Eddie Howe is delighted with the form of his young players.
Howe has given game time to as many as nine players aged 23 or under in the top flight this season, including the likes of 21-year-old Aaron Ramsdale and 22-year-old Dominic Solanke.
He said, "We can't sign ready-made, established Premier League players. We have to sign younger players who we can develop into Premier League players.
“That is what we have done on several occasions and that's what we will have to continue to do. We pride ourselves on giving young players an opportunity.
“Those guys who have had their chances this season, I think have done really well. I think we will only get better from this point onwards.
“Every club is different but I am very proud of our young players. How they work and how they develop.
“A lot of them have got very bright futures."
