Borussia Dortmund want to bring Steven Pienaar back to the club.

Pienaar is inside the final year of his Everton contract and so far has baulked at the club's new offer.

Tottenham are monitoring Pienaar's situation, but will face competition from Dortmund, which are keen to re-sign the South Africa international now that he has established himself as a world name at Goodison Park.
