Borussia Dortmund have struck personal terms with Chelsea winger Kevin de Bruyne.
De Bruyne has starred on-loan at Werder Bremen this season and is seen at BVB as an ideal replacement for Bayern Munich bound Mario Gotze.
BILD says De Bruyne has agreed terms with BVB over a five-year contract.
"Dortmund? That would fit. I follow what BVB are doing, especially in the Champions League," De Bruyne said recently.
