Besiktas striker Cenk Tosun remains confident of signing for Everton.
The Daily Mail says Tosun is confident his proposed move to Goodison Park will go ahead.
The Merseysiders believed they were on the verge of sealing a £25 million swoop for the Besiktas striker, but the deal hit the skids over the weekend after the Turkish club increased their asking price to £27m.
But sources close to Tosun are optimistic that Everton and Besiktas will come to an agreement.
The Toffees were deliberating on Tuesday whether to up their offer.
