Besiktas star Dele Alli has been backed to turn around his poor form.
The England attacker has failed to live up to the early promise that he showed in his career.
Sold by Tottenham to Everton a year ago, Alli barely lasted six months at the Toffees before being shifted on to Besiktas.
Speaking to Turkish daily Fanatik about Alli, Besiktas Sporting Director Ceyhun Kazanci said: “Dele Alli runs over 10 kilometers even when he is replaced in a game.
“We expect him to meet expectations."
Alli has not been at his best since joining the Turkish league, but did get a goal against Ankaragücü in September and one against Serik Belediyespor in the Turkish Cup.
