Manchester City midfielder Bernardo Silva has opened up why he wanted to join Barcelona this summer.
Bernardo pushed to leave City for the Nou Camp, though admitted earlier this week that no offer was forthcoming.
And he expanded on his reasons yesterday, stating: "My culture is a little different from your culture off the pitch. I love Manchester, people here are very nice, but the way they treat me on the street, in bars, restaurants is a little different from where I come from, sometimes you want something different.
"This situation has nothing to do with what a good city Manchester is and how happy I am to stay. I am staying here for this season. If I have to stay for another two or three seasons, I will always do my best for this club."
