Bayern Munich management are blaming Sadio Mane for his clash with Leroy Sane.

The pair physically clashed in the away dressing room after their Champions League defeat at Manchester City.

The confrontation left Sane with a bloodied lip.

The players were back in training at Bayern this morning, where Mane was expected to apologise in front of the squad.

Meanwhile, Sky Deutschland's Florin Plettenberg is reporting Bayern intend to punish former Liverpool striker Mane for his behaviour, with a summer sale even discussed.

He said, "He (Mane) has already arrived the training centre this morning. He was smiling. Bosses have discussed several possible consequences yesterday: fine, suspension, even separation. Team training today at 11 am. His apology in front of the team is expected today."
