Barcelona are pushing Atletico Madrid to include Joao Felix in their offer for Antoine Griezmann.

Mundo Deportivo says the two clubs were considering a swap that would include Saúl for Griezmann for the Blaugranas. Indeed, Saul has not trained with the squad today, neither in the morning nor in the afternoon, and the Frenchman is awaiting events while on his vacation.

But now Barca have made a new request in the negotiations by putting forward Félix's name, whom they would prefer over Saúl.

Griezmann's value is higher than that of midfielder Saul and to match it, Atlético would have to include an economic figure that it does not seem willing to offer - which is said to be €15-20m.

However, Atletico are for now reluctant to part with Portugal international Felix.
