Barcelona president Joan Laporta has appeared to confirm the signing of Ilkay Gundogan.

It broke this morning that Gundogan has agreed a three-year deal with Barca. The veteran midfielder will move to Barca when his City deal expires at the end of the month.

And yesterday afternoon, as he entered the Barca Immersive Tour museum, Laporta reacted with a thumbs up to questions from fans asking whether Gündogan's signing was complete.

Gundogan also had an offer from City to renew, but after winning the Treble he feels ready for a new challenge late in his career.
