Barcelona president Josep Maria Bartomeu admits they're fully behind the LaLiga game in Miami.

Barca are to meet Girona in the US, if all parties can reach an agreement.

Bartomeu told Sport: "I do not know if Girona-Barça will be played in Miami, the Liga proposed it to us and we thought it was a good idea, I like it, we have an obligation to promote the Liga, it is the best in the world and we have to approach new sources.

"We compete with the Premier League and we have to get closer, that would help, but the decision was not made by me. A few days ago we talked with the dirctors (Óscar Grau and Pep Segura), we explained the new project, especially for television income, the project benefits everyone, there will be different opinions, but it is about continuing to promote football."
