Barcelona president Bartomeu pushed about reviving Griezmann plans

Barcelona president Josep Maria Bartomeu has ducked questions about reviving their plans to sign Atletico Madrid attacker Antoine Griezmann.

Griezmann, who rejected a move to Barcelona last summer, was met with jeers from home fans during the Catalans' 2-0 win on Saturday.

"No, at Barcelona, at this stage of the season, we do not talk about players, and certainly not about players of other teams," Bartomeu stated when asked about the Frenchman.

"Many names have come out but we must focus on LaLiga, the Champions League and the Copa del Rey.

"We must take it day-by-day, we have many matches and competitions. There will be time to talk (at the end of the season)."
