Barcelona midfielder Ivan Rakitic would be happy if they can sign Atletico Madrid attacker Antoine Griezmann this summer.

The France attacker is leaving Atletico this summer and Barca are favourites to land the player.

Rakitic is aware of the rumours and told Mundo Deportivo: "Would it please me if Griezmann joins us? Of course. I would like it a lot. Leaving aside that last summer he took away my biggest dream of winning the World Cup, he's a top player, one of the best in the world, and of course, I'd love that he plays in my team.

"He is a great professional who has won almost everything and can surely be part of any team."
