Barcelona attacker Raphinha admits Robert Lewandowski has surprised him this season.

Both attackers signed for Barca this summer.

Raphinha told Globo Esporte: "I'll tell you the truth. As a guy who is already older (34 years old), I expected less from him. But, he came here and every training session he does is incredible, it's never good for him, he's always giving his best, he runs a lot, he helps in marking, he moves well in the area, he has a head, he finishes off with both feet, he's incredible.

"You see yourself at 25, working hard, you think you're at your best, and you see the 34 guy looking his best every day, so that's amazing. Very inspiring the way he works."

He added: "I think we are doing a great job. We did not qualify in the Champions League, but we are having a great championship in the League, we have the Europa League... and we are going through a difficult time at the club that only depends on us to change that."
