Cesar Azpilicueta is delighted to be joined at Chelsea this season by former Marseille teammate Loic Remy.
The pair played together for OM in France.
"Loic and I both joined Marseille the same summer, obviously Didier (Drogba) played there before us, and I had always a good relationship with Loic," Azpilicueta told chelseafc.com.
"We played against each other in the national teams and it is true that when you arrive at a club together and there are always a lots of things new, you speak maybe more.
"And it is true that now I am happy to have him back because he is a very good player and hopefully he is very useful for the team.
"In Marseille Loic played at the sides or up front and he can play in different positions in attack. He is always a goalscorer, he has very good finishing and his movements are very clever, and he is quick as well. He is very clever inside and outside the box, I think he is a very good player for the team."
