Tottenham boss Andre Villas-Boas has welcomed new signing Nacer Chadli.

Villas-Boas declared himself satisfied with Tottenham's transfer dealings so far and confirmed that Chadli is training with the team.

However, the paperwork has not yet been completed on the Belgium winger's £7million move from FC Twente and he will miss the upcoming games in Hong Kong.

"He has passed his medical so he is involved with the team right now," said the Spurs boss. "Unfortunately he's not going to be able to play in this tournament but will be involved with the first-team."
