Auxerre defender Cedric Hengbart has a deadline until tomorrow to respond to a new contract offer.
Hengbart has revealed he has offers from Stoke City, Blackburn Rovers and QPR.
"He has a deadline until Friday 23:59, and no longer," said Auxerre president Gérard Bourgoin.
Hengbart has a year left on his current deal and will be sold if he fails to respond to Bourgoin's final proposal.
