Atletico Madrid midfielder Koke was stunned by the referee's clip for Alvaro Morata after their win over Eibar.

It took a late Thomas Lemar goal to secure the three points and there was frustration as the clock ticked on, with Morata evidently unhappy when referee Javier Alberola Rojas tapped him on the back as he had a word with the player.

"I've never seen an official hit a player on the back of the neck," Koke said.

"I don't know what will happen.

"Just as our players have sometimes made mistakes with the referees, on this occasion the referee made a mistake with Alvaro.

"At the end of the day we're all human and if mistakes are made then they will get looked at.

"I'm not sure if it will be punished or not, but it has to be looked at."
